This friendly and welcoming class is student focused with lots of one to one attention and at 2hrs allows plenty of time to work on yoga postures with adaptations to suit all levels.
Small class size (max 12) allows for a different experience to a standard gym yoga class with plenty of time to warm up, explore the yoga postures in detail and to focus on breathing and relaxation.
Led by Bridget Thornborrow the class promotes an understanding of self and of yoga, taught in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli.
