Volunteers


We are always grateful to the many people who give their time to help with the general day-to-day running of the centre. We are in need of people to help with cooking, gardening, office work, running stalls at fetes and fundraising events.

If you have time on your hands and would like to join our team of volunteers and make a difference to your community please contact Anna or Pat on 020 8741 3321.

We also run a Good Neighbours project, staffed by volunteers. This project brings help to people who are housebound, or isolated by disability. The volunteers visit them regularly to have a chat or read to them, help with shopping or other odd jobs, take them out in a wheelchair, or accompany them on a hospital visit.

We are not taking on new volunteers or clients for this project at the moment, because of lack of resources for managing the project. We will advertise on the website when this situation changes.
