Welcome. This class is taken by Liz
Dale, who
combines professionalism with good humour. We do
chair exercises, stretching and toning, and
relaxation techniques. We learn the advantages of
frequent, gentle exercise.
Liz also gives advice on health and nutritional issues, including tips on how to lose those dreaded extra pounds. The class reflects the diverse population of the area and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
