Price per number of classes once dates are submitted:
@ £19 each: 14 = £266, 13 = £247, 12 = £228, 11 = £209, 10 = £190,
@ £20 each: 9 = £180, 8 = £160, 7 = £140
@ £22.25 each: 6 = £132*, 5 = £120, 4 = £96, 3 - £72, 2 = £48, & 1 = £25.
We can offer a single "taster class" by previous agreement with the relevant teachers @ £25 but we do Not offer single "Drop In" classes otherwise.
*Students associated with the LYTTG may attend 6 classes @ £120 or attend a single drop in classes @ £20 if space.

Join Michela this summer for an invigorating and energetic yoga practice! Find your inner balance and connect with yourself.
What to expect
Michela creates a safe but playful space during her classes, providing students with options to adapt the class to any level. Students are invited to step out of their physical and mental limits to develop strength as well as relaxation. Ujjayi breath and Drishti point are essential components in these classes as Michela sees them as the keys to unlock the inner self and be in the present moment.

Kundalini Yoga for Overcoming Depression, Addictions & Fears

These classes are entirely focused on shifting our energy from the realm of low vibrational states such as fears, phobias, passive anger and addictions to higher vibrational states of peace, balance and tranquility.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, powerful technology that incorporates various exercises (asanas), breath (pranayam) mudras, mantras & meditations which may help to clear many mental, emotional & physical blocks.
It has been shown that Kundalini Yoga may help with variety of physical, emotional, mental & other issues such as:
anxiety
stress
anger
depression
fatigue
addictions
poor digestion
weight loss
insomnia
heart problems
etc.


The classes will be every Tuesday 12.15 - 13.15pm starting from the 4th September
ALL AGES & LEVEL OF FITNESS WELCOME (in Kundalini yoga we do what we can, it's not about perfecting postures but about feeling the energy)

Explore a wide variety of yoga poses, adapt poses so they are useful in relation to your own body, work gently and safely from simple to advanced movements, improve alignment, flexibility and strength, work gently with stiffness and injury. Learn to breathe, unravel tension and energise the spine, develop intelligence in your body, quieten the mind, enjoy small groups and individual attention. Carolyn is an experienced teacher and is certified to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Yoga with Milena

SLOW AND SPACIOUS YOGA

These classes are open to anyone who would like to work gently and with awareness with their body, breath and mind in a nourishing environment.
Classes consist of wide range of gentle yet effective movements and postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation and meditation.
We explore movements while promoting ease, balance and integrity.
We learn and practice yoga techniques that can be integrated into a daily routine. There is an invitation to be mindful, focused and aware of bodily and mental habits
and experiences that arise as result of the practice.

Regardless of age, who we are and what we do, we all need calm mind and a body where we can live in comfortably.

Milena is certified to teach by British Wheel of Yoga.

Classes are on Tuesdays 10:00-11:15 in the Upper Hall
£10 per class if paid for a term or £13 drop-in
