This is Pilates and ballet inspired, strength and conditioning class which will help you to get into shape faster than any of my Pilates class. We will combine plie, planks, squats and abdominal exercises to help you feel better and tone up fast.

These classes are open to anyone who would like to work gently and with awareness with their body, breath and mind in a nourishing environment.
Classes consist of wide range of gentle yet effective movements and postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation and meditation.
We explore movements while promoting ease, balance and integrity.
We learn and practice yoga techniques that can be integrated into a daily routine. There is an invitation to be mindful, focused and aware of bodily and mental habits
and experiences that arise as result of the practice.
Regardless of age, who we are and what we do, we all need calm mind and a body where we can live in comfortably.
