HIP Pilates is a toning, low impact class done to the beat of the music. This is Pilates and ballet inspired, strength and conditioning class which will help you to get into shape faster than any of my Pilates class. We will combine plie, planks, squats and abdominal exercises to help you feel better and tone up fast.
